The various qualifications, disposition, and background experiences of the JGU members – that is diversity. Accessing this diversity is possible by respecting and acknowledging differences, as well as common traits.

Appreciating this diversity and promoting the right to equal opportunity are two leading principles for JGU’s development and they are lived out every day at the university. JGU’s diversity activities are distinguished by the careful and deliberate handling of personal diversity, going above and beyond what is legally mandated. The goal is to continue developing organizational framework in order to make participation in university processes and the optimal development of individual potential possible for all JGU members.
