Since the university is an institution for science and research, there is a greater need for subject-specific further and continuing education, necessary to maintain or continue educating the different university professions on the current level of knowledge and education.
In early 2017, the independent further and continuing education program was integrated into Human Resources Development (link in German).

The Equality and Diversity Office offers the program Young Female Researchers (Programm Weiblicher Wissenschaftsnachwuchs (ProWeWin)), which includes the Christine de Pizan mentoring.
