In 2016, the projects “Coaching Center for Young Female Researchers” and “Christine de Pizan Mentoring Program” were combined in a new, the Programm Weiblicher Wissenschaftsnachwuchs (ProWeWin).
It is aimed at young female researchers who are in the late phase of their doctorate or postdocs. Depending on the target group, the program offers workshops – which are accessible for female researchers across the university – on reaching key qualifications relevant for a career in academia.
The tried and tested Christine de Pizan mentoring offer is open to young female researchers from the humanities and social sciences in the last phase of their doctorate.
Additionally, advising and coaching is offered in order to support women interested in a career in academia.
